For this, she creates connections between food, science, technology, culture, nature and design. Nature is her biggest source of inspiration.
Trang Hà is a designer with a deep interest in fine gastronomy. She researches elaborate cooking techniques, borrowing and deconstructing them to explore alternative perspectives on food consumption, occasionally drawing analogies between these processes and other life mechanisms.In her dinner performances, Trang often incorporates storytelling to sharpen the intention of her food creations.
